Registration procedure of rights to real estate is simplified in Bashkiria

Legal bodies at applying to the Directorate of Rosreestr on Bashkortostan are not required anymore to submit extracts from the Unified State Register for Legal Entities (EGRUL) or extracts from the Unified State Register of Individual Businessmen (EGRIP). The Directorate requests these documents in the tax service through the web-portal of state services, the department press-service informs.

We should remind that since October 1, 2011 Directorate of Rosreestr on RB executing the Federal law from 27.07.2010 No.210-FZ «Concerning the state and municipal services rendering» while rendering state services to citizens and legal bodies passed to the interdepartmental information interaction with other federal enforcement authorities without participation of applicants.

Thus, with introduction of interdepartmental electronic interaction the procedure of rights registration to real estate and transactions with it is considerably simplified for applicants — they need not waste time applying tax authorities any more, need not pay the state duty for extracts reception.
