At "Ufa" airport the volume of passenger air travel has grown by 16 %

International airport "Ufa" summed up its activity for the six months of the current year. For this time 634335 passengers were transported at internal airlines. Such directions, as Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk New Urengoi, Kazan appeared the most demanded.

At the international airlines 218128 passengers were transported for the first half of the year. The general growth of passenger traffic volume by the similar period of 2011 made 16 %, among them on average 36 % at the international directions.

The airlines "Aeroflot", «S7», "Transaero", "Yamal", among the international air carriers – «Turkish airlines» are permanently in the lead by volume of passengers transportations through the "Ufa" airport, marketing department of the enterprise informs. In the spring this year the Turkish airlines increased frequency of flights from the Ufa airport to five times a week and plans to make them daily.

In the first half of the year from "Ufa" airport regular flights to Prague («Czech airlines» — two times a week), to Barcelona, Larnaka (airlines "Transaero", once a week), Burgas («Ural airlines» once a week) are opened. Airlines "FlyDubai" increased frequency of flights on the route «Ufa – Dubai» to two times a week.

In the spring current year airlines "Yamal" entered long-awaited flight «Ufa – Kiev». Airlines "Taimyr" started direct flights from Ufa to Baku.

In directions over Russia direct flights from Ufa to Norilsk, Anapa, Sochi, Kogalym use a great demand among air passengers.

Now the route network of "Ufa" airport totals more than 40 directions.
