Airport "Ufa" plans new flights to the near abroad cities

International airport "Ufa" expands geography of flights to near abroad cities. This year a flight to the capital of Ukraine Kiev opened after a long-term break. In the beginning of next year flights opening to the capital of Belarus Minsk is expected; now this question is under consideration. As of summer 2013 from Ufa planes will fly to Kazakhstan – Astana and Almaty. It is planned to reopen the flight connection with the capital of Latvia Riga.

The general director of JSC International airport "Ufa" Ramil Timirgazin said about it at the press conference of «Komsomol Pravda» newspaper.

We should remind that in former years from the Ufa airport it was possible to reach many settlements of the country, including all capitals of union republics. Now planes from Ufa fly to Yerevan, Baku, Tashkent, Dushanbe and since this year – to Kiev.

The geography of flights in the far abroad countries differs still greater coverage. In the schedule there are flights to Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Czechia, Spain, Cyprus and other countries.
