Demand for land plots under construction grows in Ufa

Demand for land plots under construction increased in Ufa for the first half of the year. Results of auctions on sale of rights to the land plots and on the conclusion of contracts on development of the built up territories testify to it.

For six months the enterprise «Centre Nedvizhimosti» organised seven auctions where 46 objects were sold that exceeded indicators of the last year similar period for 48 %, and of 2010 – for 228 %, Director Guzel Yurtova informed about it at the action meeting in the Ufa administration.

The land plots use wide demand for construction of: hotels, campings, socially-business centres, shops, enterprises of household services, treatment-and-prophylactic establishments, multilevel garage complexes, parkings, gasoline stations with objects of road service and hotels.

The held auctions showed that both by quantity of the sold objects, and by total price of sold land plots Ufa surpasses Perm, Orenburg, Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg.

Development of the built up territories becomes a perspective business direction. This year the raised interest to the given territories is observed in comparison with the last year.
