Since July 1 utility rates have changed in Bashkortostan

Since July 1 utility rates have changed in Bashkortostan. The chairman of the State committee RB on utility rates Fadis Salimgareev said that the state regulation of rates in 2012 was carried out in the region according to legislative regulations. Thus, current year, according to the decision of the Government of republic, stage-by-stage growth of rates is established.

In the first half of the year there was no growth of utility rates, Fadis Salimgareev informed. Since July this year growth of rates will go in two stages. Rates growth for heating energy will make no more than 6 % on average over the republic since July 1, and additional growth of no more than 4,5 % occur from September 1. Rates growth for water supply, water discharge and sewage treatment services, and also solid waste management will make not more than 6 % since July 1, and no more than 5 % since September 1, on average over the republic.

According to the given information, the rise in prices for gas at level of 15 % to the price of 2011 is expected also in the near future.
