In Ufa housing prices grow faster than in other cities of Russia

Ufa became one of leaders among cities of Russia on rise in prices for habitation in May. According to the data of the National Association of Estimated Pricing and Cost Engineering, for a month prices grew for 1,8 % and average cost per square metre of standard accomodation made 52,8 thousand roubles in the capital of Bashkiria.

More than in Ufa growth is marked only in Kemerovo where the residential real estate rose in price for 2,1 %. But in this city the cost of square metre remains below Ufa – 43,4 thousand roubles per square metre.

For a month the standard housing rose in price in all cities under research, except for Saratov and Chelyabinsk where the real estate decreased in price for 0,5 % and 0,1 % accordingly.

The weighted average change of cost per square metre of accommodation as a whole on sampled cities made 0,6 % in May.
