Bashkiria has good prospects for growth of housing construction

The only way to slow down a rise in prices for residential real estate is to increase the market supply. In Bashkortostan for this purpose there are quite good prospects, for example, investors’ activity recovers. The chairman of the State Committee of Bashkortostan on Construction and Architecture Khalit Makhmudov said about it during the online conference on the web-site of «Public Electronic Newspaper» which took place on June 27.

As he said, for last years housing construction sharply decreased in the republic and today there is a deficiency of the residential real estate.

— Meanwhile, the demand continues to grow, he reported. It is connected with a considerable quantity of republican and federal housing programs, popularisation of mortgage lending. Construction process goes behind all these factors.

Khalit Makhmudov expressed his hope for that in the near future this tendency will go on recession. Considerable work was done to increase housing construction volumes. Separate sites have been already selected; land-use engineering is carrying out now.
