Commercial real estate again goes up in price in Ufa

The average price in the market of commercial real estate in Ufa makes 51850 roubles per square metre. From the beginning of year it has grown for 3,6 percent. The average price for office and warehouse real estate increased to 59600 and 26000 roubles per square metre accordingly. It is marked growth for 6,3 and 19,7 percent for two months.

One of real estate agencies reports that small decrease in investments into commercial real estate is observed. Analysts predict the next summer steady state though the potential demand is active and investors still remain in the Ufa market.
