Bashkiria has allocated 65 million roubles for metering devices installation

Bashkortostan has allocated 65 million roubles fr om the republic budget to help owners in installation of metering devices.

According to the federal legislation installation of metering devices is a duty of housing owners.

At the same time, installation of residential and individual metering devices should be completed till July 1, 2012, the press-service of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing of Bashkiria informs. The individual gas meters must be installed till January 1, 2015.

Today in the republic the share of the apartment houses wh ere owners pay for utilities according to metered values of residential metering devices makes: in electric power supply — 77 percent, heat supply – 77 percent, cold water supply – 88 percent and in hot water supply – 88 percent.

The Bashkortostan government as financial support of housing owners allocated 65 million roubles for metering devices installation. These funds will be directed as grants to administrations of municipal areas and city districts under the condition of co-financing with habitation owners.
