For four months of 2012 budget RB is executed with surplus

In January-April 2012 consolidated budget RB is executed with surplus at almost four billion rubles. The Ministry for finances RB reports budget revenues amounted to 46 billion 773,5 million rubles and expenses – 42 billion 774,9 million rubles. The growth is 7,1% and 32,2% correspondingly, as compared with the same period of time in 2011.

The amount of tax and non-tax proceeds exceeds 37 billion rubles – by 9% more than in 2011. Personal income and corporate profit taxes have become the main sources of revenues – their summarized volume exceeds a half of all proceeds. Excises and property taxes go behind.

Social constituent still prevails in the structure of budget expenses. More than 80% of means of Republican exchequer is spent for pensions, subsidies, grants, medical insurance etc.

The budget RB in January-April 2012 is executed in the sum of 38 billion 516,7 million rubles on revenues (107,3% to the same period of time in 2011) and on expenses – 35 billion 203,7 million rubles (153,8%).

Revenues of local budgets exceeded 19 billion rubles (116,7%, as compared with 2011). Expenses are financed in the sum of 18 billion 367,7 million rubles (122,6%).
