Young teachers of Bashkiria will get state backing for solution of their housing problems

Young teachers of Bashkiria will get social payments for compensation of their expenditures on hypothec credits, given for either construction or acquisition of housing. This order is worked up with the purpose of consolidation of manpower potential in sphere of education and for state support of young teachers in improvement of their living conditions.

34 million from federal budget are allocated for that, the press-service of the state committee RB for building and architecture reports. Bashkortostan will co-finance other 28 million rubles. The state committee RB for building and architecture will be the main money administrator.

Young teachers at the age less than 35, working at state or municipal general education institutions RB, having at least one-year length of teaching experience and admitted by local self-government bodies as specialists, whose living conditions need improvement, may count on state backing. Besides, such young teachers have to work at an education institution at least five years since the moment of getting state aid.
