Rustem Khamitov has taken part in conference call re execution of spring field works
On May 16 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has taken part in a conference call re execution of spring field works, held under the guidance of the Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev.
In the course of the conference call Dmitry Medvedev turned attention of governors to implementation of a new system of insurance of agricultural producers and reported that the new system of crops insurance, accompanied with state backing, should start working already this year.
The problem of crediting of enterprises of agricultural complex was also raised in the course of the call. The Premier has stated the total volume of distributed credits in agriculture on May 10, 2012, was 20-25% lower than for the same period of time in 2011.
“The average rate on the credits, given for execution of spring field works, has grown up to 12% in the first quarter of 2012 and this fact can’t please us” – Dmitry Medvedev mentioned. Corresponding instructions have also been given on this problem, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
