Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Yamal-Nenets autonomous district signed a document for transportation of oil along the route “Yamal-Volga”

Declaration of intent in sphere of transportation of oil, including wide fractions of light hydrocarbons and condensed gas, along the route “Yamal-Volga” is signed between Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Yamal-Nenets autonomous district today and this is the first document, signed within the frames of the international forum “Big Chemistry”, opened in Ufa today. The document is signed by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and by the governor of Yamal-Nenets autonomous district Dmitry Kobylkin. The document is directed at provision of efficient processing of hydrocarbon raw material at the enterprises of Volga oil-gas-chemical cluster.

The parties have pointed to actuality of construction of a new or modernization of already existing header for transportation of oil-chemical hydrocarbon raw material along the route “Yamal-Volga”. Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Yamal-Nenets autonomous district intend to work jointly for making this project a reality.

Construction of a new main will allow using accompanying oil gas at the deposits of Yamal-Nenets autonomous district and supplying oil-gas-chemical centers of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan with raw materials.

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the governor of Yamal-Nenets autonomous district Dmitry Kobylkin also signed the agreement concerning trade-economic, scientific-technical, social and cultural cooperation.
