Till the end of 2012 all enterprises RB should pass energy audit

According to the federal law N261 about energy-saving all enterprises and organizations should pass energy audit till the end of 2012. The law is aimed at regulation of activity in sphere of energy-saving and at encouragement of enterprises to implementation of energy-saving technologies.

In order to provide a unified policy in sphere of energy-saving the Center of energy-saving and rise of energy efficiency RB is founded under “BASHTECHINFORM”. This center has all permissive documents for making audit works in accordance with the federal legislation

The procedure of audit consists of several stages. The first stage presumes signing of a contract between enterprises and the audit organization. After such contract is signed, auditors start gathering information concerning energy consumption at the enterprise and analyze all collected data. Further auditor makes the list of recommendations concerning alteration of the current situation. At that the auditor follows special methods, making the recommendations. Finally the enterprise receives energy passport, containing all information on energy audit and the plan of actions, recommended on energy-saving. Further the enterprise receives a class of energy-saving.
