Scientific-practical conference “Personnel for small business” to be held in Ufa
The VI annual scientific-practical conference “Personnel for small business” will take place on May 24. It is held in accordance with the program for support of small and medium business undertakings in Ufa in 2012-2014.
The conference is initiated by the Uni on of Employers of Ufa and by the association of business managers and consultants RB with assistance of Ufa administration.
The main goal of the conference is exchange of experience on solution of the problems, arising in the process of sel ection, motivation and retention of personnel, which small companies of Ufa face.
Businessmen, representatives of authority and management, scientists, managers and human resources specialists are invited.
