Preparation for the XX meeting of Russian-Italian workgroup for economic cooperation is going on in Ufa

A widened meeting of the organizing committee for preparation and holding the XX gathering of Russian-Italian workgroup for industrial districts and cooperation in sphere of small and medium business on May 29-June 1 has taken place in the House of the Government RB today, April 24. The meeting was held by the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Salavat Sagitov.

Representatives of Italian Embassy in Russia and Trade Delegates of Russia in Italy arrived in the capital of Bashkortostan for participation in the meeting.

“About 100 Italian businessmen will arrive in Bashkortostan. The forum in Ufa will become a real discovery of your Republic for business circles in Italy and will have serious practical importance for us. For the first time we organized such solid reconnaissance visit to one of Russian regions” – the first trade advisor of Italian Embassy in Russia Leonardo Benchini said.

Businessmen of Bashkortostan also display high interest in the forthcoming meeting. About 300 representatives of small and medium business from 40 Bashkir municipalities are registered for today. At present time all forms of Bashkir participants are submitted to the Russian Ministry for economic development. These forms are sent all over Italy: to different enterprises and business communities. Italian businessmen study these forms and find the most interesting projects in order to discuss further cooperation with their authors in Ufa in May.
