Oil-gas consortium of Bashkir enterprises will be presented at the forum “Big Chemistry”

The agreement concerning establishment of a gas-oil consortium of Bashkir enterprises will be signed in the course of the forum “Big Chemistry”, which will take place in Ufa on May 17-18, the president of Trade-Industry Chamber RB Uri Pustovgarov reported during his press-conference in “Bashinform”.

It should be reminded that at the beginning of March several Bashkir enterprises have visited the II international oil-gas exhibition in the town of Hassi-Messaud in Algeria. During the meeting in the Ministry for power engineering and mining operations of Algeria Bashkir companies received the offer to take part in local tenders on geological survey and phosphates mining. A variant of foundation of a joint techno-park in one of Algerian provinces was under consideration too.

“The agreement concerning foundation of a consortium of producers of oil-gas-chemical equipment (there are more than 20 such producers in Bashkiria) is the topic, meeting high demand. Bashkortostan possesses all necessary competences for today – mining operations and processing of natural resources, designing and services” – the president of Trade-Industry Chamber RB reported – “Jointly we can enter the markets of Vietnam, South-Eastern Asia, Africa and Middle East, offering our competences not one by one but in the staff of a powerful collective, united by a managing company. Within the frames of such consortium I see certain prospects for development of small business too. We will be regarded as one whole and it means absolutely new attitude. Consortium means negotiations at governmental level and this is the main conditions for business in the countries with strictly integrated line of command. Today one of our enterprises – the reinforcing plant from Blagoveshensk – presents our Republic and our opportunities in Iran. Further we intend to establish consortiums in building and aviation branches”.

The press-service of Trade—Industry Chamber RB reports that the Chamber also intends to hold an exchange of sub-contracts for businessmen. According to Uri Pustovgarov it will make cooperation of business with big companies easier.

“The principal task of the forthcoming forum is organization the zones for processing of chemical output on the territory RB because oil chemistry is the first branch, which will become the main source of gross regional product growth by 2020” – the president of Trade-Industry Chamber RB stated.
