Average price for one square meter of housing in Ufa is more than 53 thousand rubles

Ufa held the sixth place among Russian regions by average cost of one square meter of housing in the retail housing market in March. At present time this showing in the capital of Bashkortostan is equal to 53200 rubles for one square meter. Housing is more expensive only in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Yakutia and in Maritime zone, the Association of Russian Builders and the Union of Cost Engineers report.

The cheapest flats are registered on Taimyr (30344 rubles for one square meter), in Evenki autonomous district (30474 rubles) and in Buryatia (30735 rubles).

It should be reminded that according to the results of the first quarter of 2012 Ufa leads among Russian cities by the rise of housing prices. According to information of the National Cost Pricing and Engineering Association realty prices in Ufa jumped up by 6,4%.
