All-Russian forum, devoted to problems of bankruptcy, to be held in Ufa

Participants of all-Russian conference “Anti-crisis management: restoration of debtor’s solvency” will discuss problems of financial recovery of enterprises. The conference will take place on April 16-17.

“The policy of bankruptcy prevention, support and recovery of enterprises acquires paramount importance in Russia today. Numerous difficult economic situations, which many big enterprises and agricultural companies in Russia, having huge credit indebtedness, are facing today, demand operative, precise, timely and professional interference for prevention of irreversible processes of financial insolvency. Such companies need urgent help for going out of the crisis and credit repayment and for banks it means the return of problematic assets” – the Credit Organizations Association RB reports.

Representatives of Russian State Duma, Federal Tax Service, Superior Arbitrary Court of Russia, the Ministry for economic development RF and their Republican colleagues are invited.
