Bashkortostan will take part in international forum “Transport Security”

Leading experts in sphere of transport security will discuss the measures on creation of international safe transport environment at the II international forum “Transport Security” on April 19-21, 2012, in Saint-Petersburg, the state committee for transport and road economy RB reported.

Representatives of federal and regional authority, top managers of seaports, airports, railway stations, transport companies, designers and manufacturers of transport safety equipment, consulting structures, banks and insurance companies as well as specialists of profiled scientific-research, projecting and public institutions will take part in its work.

Participation of representatives of foreign commercial structures, embassies and consulates is expected too.

The problems of integration of Russia into the international transport system, development of the programs for complex security of population in transport sphere, implementation of intellectual systems (including GLONASS), counteraction to terrorist threats and training of qualified specialists will be discussed within the frames of the forum. The exhibition, where the latest achievements of the industry are to be introduced, will work here too. Expositions of Russian regions will acquaint Russian and foreign investors with their opportunities.
