Housing in Ufa has risen in price higher than in other Russian cities

Ufa leads among Russian cities on the rise of housing prices according to the totals of the first quarter of 2012. According to information of National Association of estimated pricing and cost engineering the housing prices in the capital of Bashkiria have increased by 6,4%. At present time the cost of one square meter amounts to 51,7 thousand rubles.
Tomsk stands on the second place with 6,3%-growth (44,6 thousand rubles for one meter). Kazan (45 thousand rubles, +5%) and Bryansk (36,1 thousand rubles, +4,9%) go further. The lowest rise of prices is registered in Sochi – by 0,7% up to 91,4 thousand rubles.
Since the beginning of the year housing has become more expensive practically in all big cities of Russia and the average price of one square meter demonstrates growth by 3,1%.
