Other 9 weather stations will be installed on federal highways in Bashkiria in 2012

Till the end of 2012 at least 14 weather stations will be installed on some sectors of federal highways in Bashkiria. Five stations are already installed, functioning quite successfully, and places for location of other nine stations are determined too, the acting director of the Highway Dept “Samara-Ufa-Chelyabinsk” of the Federal Road Agency Radmir Vagapov reported to “Bashinform”.

The first automated weather station was launched in Bashkiria at the end of 2011. Every station is equipped with video-surveillance system and thanks to such systems the employees of the Dept can watch situation on the highways in online mode.
