The most expensive multistoried buildings in Volga federal district are found in Ufa

Russian Builders Association and Union of Quantity Surveyors of Russia prepared analytical survey of realty prices in Russian regions. The average cost price of construction of standard multistoried tenement houses was chosen for calculation. Moscow and Saint-Petersburg are the leaders of the list. The full cost of house building per one square meter in Moscow amounts to 66351 rubles and in Saint-Petersburg – 54386 rubles.

Ufa holds the first line in Volga federal district with the cost price of one square meter at 38572 rubles and it is worth noting the highest prime cost in the capital RBwas registered in January 2012.

The lowest cost price is registered on Taimyr – 23045 rubles and in Evenk autonomous district – 23143 rubles.
