Bashkir builders have taken part in all-Russian congress of self-regulating organizations

The V all-Russian congress of self-regulating organizations in construction sphere has taken place in Moscow. 223 delegates with the right of deciding vote, representatives of self-regulating organizations with the right of deliberative vote and numerous guests have taken part in its work. The chairman of the Builders Union RB Rashit Mamleev and other members of the Union presented Republic of Bashkortostan in Moscow.

The deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Kozak, Minister for regional development of Russia Viktor Basargin, chairman of State Duma committee for land relations and construction Alexei Russkikh and many other VIPs were taking part in the congress, the Builders Union RB reported.

Dmitry Kozak has noted the role of self-regulating organization in construction sphere, especially in work with legislation and with documentation of technical regulations. Minister for regional development of Russia Viktor Basargin has underscored that self-regulation in constriction sphere turned from formation to development. Now it is found at the stage of modernization.

“At present time the state regulator is aware of the builders’ opinion and builders can present their opinions to authority” – he said – “Ministry for regional development RF works on actualization of sanitary norms and regulations jointly with NOSTROY and by July 1 this work has to be finished. Ministry will protect interests of builders. It is quite clear that self-regulating organizations in building should have differences from other self-regulating organizations. We should stop sales of permits for construction and we must have legal base for either holding up or cancelling registration of self-regulating organizations in case of violations of the law”.
