Primary housing in Ufa has cheapened by 5%

The average price for new flats in Ufa amounts to 40,98 thousand rubles for one square meter. For the last month it has dropped by 5%. The total number of new flats in local market, displayed for sale is 898. In a whole there are about 60 newly erected houses in Ufa and the total volume of housing fund, displayed for sale is 56173 square meters – by 5% less than in February.

Experts say that the flats, having high level of readiness, are sold our rather quickly. Citizens are less interested in flats with unsuitable layouts and located on the first floors. The average cost of new flat in Ufa is 2,5 million rubles – by 200 thousand rubles less than one month ago and by 22% cheaper than in the resale housing market (3,3 million).
