Ombudsman for rights of business owners will protect interests of small and medium business in Bashkiria

Deputies of State Council-Kurultay-RB passed the law “The ombudsman for rights of business owners in Republic of Bashkortostan”. The law was passed in the second and the third readings at once, taking the introduced amendments into account. Therefore the ombudsman, responsible for protecting interests of small and medium business, will start working in the Republic in the nearest future.

The state business undertakings and tourism committee RB reports that passing of this law will help to solve the problems for removal of administrative barriers on the way of business more successfully. According to international and regional practice the institute of ombudsman for rights of business owners is considered rather efficient instrument for control of appropriateness of activity of executives, hampering development of business.
