Three-room flats in Ufa became by 3% more expensive

The average cost of resale housing in Ufa amounted to 51,28 thousand rubles in February. For the last month it jumped up by 1,9%. The cost of one square meter is 43,44 thousand rubles (3% growth).

One of Ufa realty agencies reports the lease of flats also became more expensive, especially in the segment of three-room flats. In order to rent a three-room flat, one has to pay 18100 rubles every month, i.e. by 3% more than in January. The rent of two-room flat makes up 15600 rubles (+0,6%) and one-room flats – 13100 rubles (+0,7%).

Besides, the average market hypothec crediting index in the capital of Bashkortostan was also calculated. In February it amounted to 11,8%.
