181 kilometers of federal highways will be repaired in Bashkiria in 2012

Almost 170 kilometers of federal highways have been repaired on the territory of Bashkortostan in 2011. In 2012 181 kilometers expected to be repaired, as it was reported at yesterday’s press-conference of the Federal Road Agency Department in Bashkortostan, held by “Bashinform”.

“We are the state customer on maintenance, repair and construction of federal highways on the territory of Bashkortostan and one of the biggest investors in the Republic” – the acting director of the Department Radmir Vagapov stated.

902 kilometers of federal highways are found under the Department’s authority in a whole.

In 2011 federal budget has appropriated 4,7 billion rubles for road works – by 23% more than one year earlier, but as M-r Vagapov mentioned, this sum makes up just 56% of the norm. “It is expected that we will reach 100%-financing in 2014” – the acting director added.
