Severance tax proceeds-2011 in Bashkiria amounted to 49 billion rubles

The main share of tax proceeds to the budgets of all levels – almost 48% - falls on severance tax in Bashkiria. Severance tax proceeds in 2011 amounted to almost 49 billion rubles. More than 48,6 billion were transferred to the federal budget and the rest 330,6 million – to the Republican exchequer, the head of nature management department RB Rasikh Khamitov reported today during press-conference in the news agency “Bashinform”.

In 2012 the forecasted sum of severance tax proceeds has to amount to 50,5 billion rubles.

At present time more than three thousand deposits of mineral raw materials are discovered on the territory of Bashkiria and 1170 deposits are registered on Bashkir balance and powerful mineral raw materials complex, including oil mining and oil refining, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical production and production of building materials, is found on already investigated reserves.

“In spite of rather long-term exploitation of our deposits the republican entrails still possess very substantial mineral resource potential. The Republic is provided with the main strategic sorts of mineral raw materials for the terms of 5-50 years: oil – approximately for 30 years, non-ferrous metals – 40-50 years and precious metals – 5-15 years” – Rasikh Khamitov reported.
