Hypothec bank “Delta Credit” opened a representative office in Ufa

The biggest specialized Russian hypothec bank “Delta Credit” opened a representative office in Ufa. Ufa has become the tenth Russian city, where own offices of “Delta Credit” are opened. The bank specializes itself in hypothec crediting. For today the bank has given out more than 45 thousand credits for the sum of more than 95 billion rubles.

“Our interest in Bashkortostan is explained by its good macroeconomic and social showings, powerful industrial sector and well-developed infrastructure” – the director of “Delta Credit” Sergey Ozerov said during press-conference, held by the news agency “Bashinform” “For today your republic holds the 12th place in the country by the volumes of hypothec market in the country and we can see good prospects in development of this market here in the nearest future”.

According to estimations of experts the volume of Bashkir hypothec market will amount to 20,7 billion rubles in 2012.

“Delta Credit” intends to seize about 5% of the growing Bashkir hypothec market” – the regional director of the bank in Ufa Olga Sadykova said – “due to very attractive interest rates – from 10% in rubles and from 7,25% in dollars. In 2012 we intend to give out the credits for the sum of more than 175 million rubles”.

“Delta Credit” is admitted a transparent company with foreign capital, working according to the international standards. In 2011 the bank has given out more than 9 thousand credits for the sum of almost 21 billion rubles and intends to increase hypothec crediting more than 1,5 times in 2012. The sum of the credits distributed expected to reach 33,5 billion rubles.
