Uri Pustovgarov: “Entering new markets we are ready for sharing our knowledge and competences”

“Today Algeria gives priority to cooperation with Russian companies and contractual function with the regions – leaders in sphere of mining operations – plays important role here. Republic of Bashkortostan s one of such leaders” – the Ambassador of Algeria in Russian Federation M- Smile Shergi said during the meeting with the president of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB Uri Pustovgarov.

As the news agency “Bashinform” reported earlier, the Ambassador has arrived in Ufa on two-day official visit. He has held a meeting with the scientists of Ufa State Oil Technical University and has highly estimated the level of training of specialists for oil-gas mining enterprises of Algeria. The Ambassador has mentioned that “from strategic point of view we are coming closer to each other”.

The Ambassador has also expressed high interest in establishment of an oil-gas-mining joint venture jointly with Bashkortostan on the territory of Algeria. He has mentioned that in this case Republican enterprises can figure on all necessary assistance.

The president of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB Uri Pustovgarov has outlined the task for the nearest future in his turn – to bring a consortium of 15 Republican enterprises under the aegis of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB to the exhibition of oil-gas equipment in the Algerian town of Hassi-Messaud.

“Assimilating new markets for our companies we are ready for sharing our knowledge and competences. Our universities, project teams, scientists and drillers are considered one of the best in Russia. We can collect several companies and open a new branch in Algeria, monitoring this process from technical point of view. This market is open for us but we understand that this way will be long and hard-to-pass so we can’t do without good partnership relations with Algeria” – Uri Pustovgarov stated.
