Elaboration of the program “Deserved Labor” is close to the end in Bashkiria

The draft project “Deserved Labor”, initiated by the International Labor Organization, should be worked up in Bashkiria till March 12, 2012, and the press-service of the Ministry for labor and population social protection RB reports that at present time the Institute of social-political investigations under the Bashkir Academy of Sciences is busy with polishing the project.

It is worth mentioning that Bashkiria is considered one of few Russian regions, where such program is worked up. The International Labor Organization has formulated and based the concept of deserved labor 12 years ago. In opinion of the organization’s experts this concept should be based on four main strategic goals: deserved salaries and working conditions, protection of workers, keeping the balance between the interests of workers and employers and perfection of social protection systems.
