The ombudsman for protection of interests and rights of business people will start working in Bashkiria

The ombudsman for protection of businessmen’s rights will appear in Russia, the Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin stated yesterday, taking the floor at the forum “Russia-2012”.

The business ombudsman will have the right to defend the interests of business people in courts, consider their complaints and make proposals to the authority. Besides, the Chairman thinks it is necessary to form a new system for case examination on the base of arbitrary courts with participation of business representatives. Vladimir Putin believes that appearance of such ombudsman will improve the investment climate in the country. He has called the 120th place in the world by real situation with the investment climate “shameful”.

The chairman of the state committee RB for business undertakings and tourism Ruslan Kinzikeev says the committee worked up the bill concerning business ombudsman in Bashkiria. At present time the bill is found under consideration by the Government RB and this problem was preliminary discussed during the parliamentary hearings, devoted to removal of administrative obstacles.
