The share of electronic customs entries in Bashkiria exceeds 80%

The share of customs entries in Bashkortostan exceeds 82%.
“Electronic avowal is becoming an ordinary everyday practice for participants of external economic activity” – the head of the Bashkir customs Valerie Byshovets stated and reminded that the special Electronic Avowal Center worked in the Republic since January 2011. With its help the practice of the use of the technology for remote production of goods was widened. Using this technology the importers can reduce aggregate transport costs by 10-25%. Not long ago Russian exporters, delivering goods beyond the Customs Union, also started using this technology.
Valerie Byshovets has also reported that Bashkortostan is determined as the pilot region for perfection of the electronic interaction technology with regard to the goods, moved by railroad transport, and specialists say the introduction of this technology will help to reduce customs expenses by 20% already this year.
