Long-term goal-oriented program for development and support of business undertakings will be for the first time approved in Bashkortostan

The state committee for business undertakings and tourism RB has discussed the draft program “Development and support of small and medium business undertakings in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2013-2018”.

The draft program was worked up by the state committee for business undertakings and tourism RB jointly with the Bashkir State Academy of economics and service.

Talking about this program the chairman of the committee Ruslan Kinzikeev has mentioned that earlier the Republican programs for development of business undertakings were confirmed for the period of just one year because in accordance with the rules of distribution of subsidies from federal exchequer the Russian Ministry for economic development determines the order of contest selection for the Russian regions, which budgets receive the state subsidies, once per year.

The draft project determines strategic directions in development of small and medium business for six-year period and is aimed at financial backing of Republican municipalities. The draft project also includes other directions of business support, for example, subsidies will be allocated to the mono-profiled municipal formations - so-called mono-towns. Financial support for students and graduates will be distributed within the frames of the sub-program “Start-Up”.
