The Central Bank of Russia issued one thousand of 25-ruble coins
The silver coin with the face value 25 rubles is added to the collection of memorable coins, issued by the Central Bank of Russia. The new coin is devoted to the forthcoming summit of the forum “Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation” in Vladivostok and put into circulation on January 12, 2012, the press-service of the Central Bank of Russia reports.
The coin is round with 60 millimeters in diameter and the weight of precious metal is 155,5 g.
The coin’s face shows the value and the year of coining and the logo of the forum is located on the back side. The date “2012” and the signing “Russia” stand beneath. The writings “Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation” and “Vladivostok” are located round the circle.
