Shareholders of JSC “BASHKIRENERGO” will receive intermediate dividends at the rate of 0,92 rubles per one share

The shareholders of JSC “BASHKIRENERGO” reached the decision to pay intermediate dividends at the rate of 0,92 rubles per one privileged share and per one equity according to the company’s work results of nine months 2011 at the special gathering, held on December 28, 2011, the press-service of the company reports. The dividend yield will amount to about 3%.

1,005 billion rubles will be spent for dividend payments. The net profit of “BASHKIRENERGO” in January-September 2011 made up 7,78 billion rubles – 3,4 times more than for the same period of time in 2010.
