By the end of 2011 the cost of one square meter in the resale realty market of Ufa has overcome 50 thousand rubles, the analysts of one of local realty agencies report and, as they add, purchases of housing will still be active for rather long period of time but the forecast for 2012 remains rather equilibrium.
The first half of 2011 till August was the period of doubts for many citizens from the point of view of buying and selling. Within this period of time the rise of housing prices was minimal, making up about 3,5% since the beginning of the year. Certain activity in the market started since August and such activity was observed in the market since autumn and till the last day of the year. The number of the objects, displayed for sale, has become less because cheaper flats found the buyers very quickly.
