Multifunctional center of state and municipal services to be opened in Bashkortostan

The gathering of the Republican commission, responsible for administrative reforming, has taken place in the Government RB, where the main actions, already completed or still found in the work process, were under consideration.

The federal law N210 determines the main directions in development of rendering state and municipal services. In March 2011 the Ministry for economic development RB was announced responsible for development of this project in the Republic.

Establishment of the multifunctional center of state and municipal services is considered the most important stage. Thanks to this center the authorities can make the principle of "one window" a reality.

The experience on establishment of similar structures in other Russian cities, for example in Rostov and Kostroma, was analyzed by the participants of the meeting. Administrations of Salavat and Kumertau are working now on establishment of such centers on their territories in the first quarter of 2012.

At present time the list of state services, consisting of 266 positions, is approved. Now the members of the commission have to approve the standards for these services - acceptable waiting time for services, the time of answer for incoming phone calls etc.

In opinion of the Minister for economic development RB Eugene Mavrin "such standards have long ago become quite ordinary in the non-state structures, especially in the banks", the press-service of the Ministry for economic development RB reports.
