Azamat Ilimbetov: "Bashkortostan is finishing 2011 quite successfully"

The index of industrial production in Bashkortostan increases the average all-Russian one twice.

"Talking about industrial development we are moving forward with the index at approximately 110%, as compared with the level of 2010, i.e. two times higher than in Russia on average" - the Prime-Minister of the Government RB Azamat Ilimbetov reported during today's online conference with the readers of "The Public Electronic Newspaper".

The Prime-Minister has answered many question and the first one was with what results the Republic was finishing 2011? Azamat Ilimbetov has answered the year was quite successful for Bashkortostan and certain progress was evident in all main branches of industry as well as in social sphere. The Prime-Minister described the situation in the Republican agriculture, He mentioned that the grain harvest was quite good - about 3,2 million tons of grain.

"All of you remember to what extent the last year was dry and in such difficult conditions we started the sowing campaign, having minimal resources on seeds, fertilizers etc but thanks to the timely support of our agrarians we've managed to make this campaign very successful".

The Prime-Minister has underscored that the current situation in agriculture is more or less stable and there are all prerequisites for even higher success in 2012.

"Now we are looking into the future with optimism" - the Prime-Minister stated - "The year turned out to be rather uneasy, nonetheless certain success and positive moves were to the fore".
