On December 20 the Prime-Minister of the Government RB Azamat Ilimbetov has held a meeting with the deputy chairman of Russian Independent Trade-Union Federation Nina Kuzmina in Ufa.

The trade-union leader arrived in Ufa for participation in the forum "Realization of the concept of the International Labor Organization "Deserved Labor" on regional and municipal levels".

"The Trade-Union Federation posed the problem to work up the all-Russian concept "Deserved Labor" in the nearest three years" - Nina Kuzmina said - "And Bashkortostan became the first region of the country, where realization of this concept already began. This is the invaluable experience for us"

Problems of new workplaces and liquidation of arrears of wages in the Republic have been also discussed in the course of the meeting.

"The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov posed the problem to liquidate the arrears of wages and to make the annual rise of wages at the Republican enterprises by at least 15%" - Azamat Ilimbetov said - "We keep these problems under close control. Thus, the wages of budget employees were increased twice in 2011".

The problems of recovery and rest of workers and their kids were also raised at the meeting. Nina Kuzmina reported that during the recent gathering of the Russian Independent Trade-Union Federation re children's rest Republic of Bashkortostan was called one of the best in the country in this sphere, the press-service of the Government RB reports.
