Student grants to be raised in 2012

Student grants will be raised by 26% in 2012.

“The student grant fund will be increased by 20% beginning from January 1, 2012, and beginning from October 1 – by other 6%” - the Minister of finances RB Ruzalia Khismatullina stated, answering the questions of internet users in the course of the traditional online conference on the site of “The Public Electronic Newspaper” today.

The Minister has also mentioned that the Republican budget-2012 presumes the rise of wages for the budget sphere employees. In 2011 it has occurred twice: on January 1, 2011, and on October 1. The means for the rise of wages for teachers up to the average salary in economics and for the bonuses to the employees of kindergartens are planned in the republican budget in full volume.
