Marat Mulukov: “We have to open small enterprises in sphere of oil mining”

The Government RB is participating in making conditions for diversification and in the process of foundation of the network of small enterprises around big fuel energy centers in the Republic, the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB, the Minister of industry and innovational policy RB Marat Mulukov said during the last online conference, held by “The Public Electronic Newspaper” (www.i-gazeta.com).

“For today our refineries are working only with huge oil reserves” - he reported. The Government RB is interested in opening of small enterprises in the sphere of oil mining now. There are about 23 thousand small wells, which can be exploited at the expense of new technologies. Such technologies are available at our research institutes and in the small investment companies. This experience is already widely spread in Tatarstan and we are busy with studying it now”.

Besides, the Minister has mentioned the situation in the sphere of power engineering in Bashkortostan. According to him the program for development of electrical power engineering in 2012-2017 was approved not long ago. The works for determining of the priorities in development of this branch and for placement of the power supply networks were running during six months.

“For better efficiency the program will be corrected” - the Vice-Premier said - “For the last year the industrial enterprises of the Republic have invested about one billion rubles for implementation of energy-saving technologies. Our key aim is to lower the energy consumption, thus making our industry more efficient and for that we have to lower the power-intensity. In this sphere we are working with the Russian Power Engineering Agency. For today we've already been subsidized for the works in the sphere of energy-saving and for the rise of energy efficiency in the state sector at the rate of 340 million rubles”.

Marat Mulukov has also reported that the works on the energy audit at the social objects RB are actively running now.

“We have to do it in order to find out what problems every institutions faces and, coming from the results of this audit, to make the program of technical rearmament of these objects and certain investments on the base of the service contracts can be attracted for these programs”.
