Specialists, money, demand – sociologists found out what business people were short of

The shortage of qualified specialists is the main obstacle on the way of business undertakings development in Russia. The chairman of the all-Russian business organization “The Support of Russia” Sergey Borisov announced the results of the latest sociological poll at the business forum in Bashkortostan.

“The specialists, which are trained by the education institutions today, can' suit us” - he stated - “So we are standing before the paradox that from one side the country faces serious unemployment and from the other side – the shortage of specialists. The simplest way is to open the gates and let the emigrants in but first we have to think how to start training our specialists properly and it will be our top priority theme”.

In opinion of the majority of the questioned the absence of the demand stands on the second place in the rate of the problems, hampering the development of business movement in the country.

“Here the problem is that the co-operational chains and clusters still don't work in the country” - Sergey Borisov says - “I am sure that there are no depressive regions but there are the clusters, still standing idle. Every region has its own prospect or special appeal. We need new technologies, new infrastructure and financial instruments – these are the basics any cluster stands on and if we go such way, the demand will appear soon”.
