New fighter, equipped with Ufa engines, has made a successful flight

A regular flight of the fighter of the fifth generation proved high quality of the new aviation engines, produced by JSC “UMPO” in association with JSC “Saturn”.

JSC “Ufa Engine Plant” (UMPO) fulfills its obligations for supplying the newest fighters with its aviation engines in time. On November 22 the engines, 80% of which components are produced by “UMPO”, have lifted the third model of the newest fighter of the fifth generation.

The “UMPO” press-service reports at present time 16 engines for the new fighter are ready: six engines are meant for development testing and others will be mounted on the fighters.
