Flour is becoming cheaper in Bashkiria

Till the end of the year no rise of flour prices is expected in Bashkiria, the Ministry for agriculture RB reports. On the contrary, the producers begin lowering the selling prices, taking rich grain harvest-2011 into account (more than 3 million 200 tons). The press-service of the Ministry for agriculture RB reports the selling prices for the flour of superior quality dropped by 30-60% since the beginning of the year. The first-class flour became by 25-55% cheaper and the rye peeled flour – by 13-26%. At the same time certain rise of flour prices is quite possible due to the rise of prices for food wheat and energy carriers.

The Bashkir State Statistics Committee reports in October the cost of one kilogram of wheat flour was 18 rubles. For two months it became almost one ruble cheaper. One kilogram of white bread costs 27,11 rubles and rye and rye-wheat bread – 27,18 rubles.
