Rustem Khamitov is found in Mechetlinsky region on a work visit

On November 9 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has visited the furniture factory in the regional center Bolsheustikinskoe in the course of his work trip to Mechetlinsky region of Bashkortostan.

The factory produces upholstered and cabinet furniture and the annual output amounted to 22 million rubles in 2010. The factory sells its furniture to the northeast of the Republic and to Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions.

Rustem Khamitov was interested in the factory's production cycle, in labor conditions and salaries. As it turned out, the average salary amounts to 10 thousand rubles. The factory's leadership intends to widen production and open new workplaces.

In the village Maloustikinskoe the President of Bashkortostan has become acquainted with the activity of the brick plant “Building Materials”. The plant was standing idle for rather long period of time. But after a new investor came to the plant on November 2010, the restoration works started. At present time the plant produces 12-13 thousand bricks daily. The investments made up 90 million rubles. The plant's leadership hopes to meet the need in brick in the northeast of the Republic completely in the nearest future.

Rustem Khamitov was interested in availability of the credit resources for the plant. As it turned out, the terms of the loans failed to satisfy the plant's owners. The President RB ordered the head of Mechetlinsky region to help the plant to stand on its own feet, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
