«GASPROM TRANSGAS UFA” determined the best young specialist

The contest for the rank of the best young specialist has been held by the company “GASPROM TRANSGAS UFA” for the third time. The contest is called to help the young people to develop their creative, scientific and professional potential and the leadership of the company – to reveal the promising young specialists.

The contest consisted of two stages. The first elimination stage was held by the company's divisions and the best of the best – 14 people – arrived in Ufa for participation in the final stage. The winner was determined by the jury as a result of three competitions: the creative presentation “The strategy of my professional and career development for the nearest three years”, the psychological tests and the managerial games.

The engineer Jalil Unusov, who had finished the Ufa State Oil Technical University, was declared the winner. He was recruited by the company in February 2011.

All prize-winners of the contest are rewarded with monetary prizes, diplomas and are included into the list of the promising regular personnel.
