Bashkortostan may figure on money, meant for organization of electronic interaction

Those Russian regions, which manage to become the most successful in turning to the electronic circulation of documents, may figure on the grants from the federal exchequer at the rate of 670 million rubles. The Prime-Minister of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin stated it at the last meeting of the Government RF.
All regional and municipal authorities have to change for the electronic circulation of documents by July 1, 2012. “We are talking about more than 300 public services, presented by 56 federal agencies, including the Pension Fund, the tax and migration services, traffic police and some others, i.e. really mass services” - Vladimir Putin mentioned.
The Prime-Minister urged all heads of the abovementioned agencies to keep this question under their personal control, raising the efficiency of the electronic system and better informing the citizens about the e-services.
It should be reminded that in accordance with the federal law about organization of state and municipal public services the bodies, rendering the public services, aren't righteous to demand the applications, found in disposal of other federal authorities, from the declarants since October 1, 2011.
The press-service of the Federal Tax Service in RB reports that only the first stage for introduction of the electronic inter-departmental interaction is launched since October 1 on the federal level. The second stage has to start beginning from July 1, 2012, on regional and municipal levels. The director of the Russian Government's Machinery Vyacheslaw Volodin has mentioned that now it is important to start stimulating this activity on the federal level before July 1.
“The pilot regions, including Volgograd, Samara regions and Republic of Bashkortostan, show that the project is developed quite successfully” - he mentioned.
According to M-r Volodin the Government intends to monitor the activity of the Russian regions for turning to the “electronic government”.
