Legal persons can register themselves online in Bashkortostan beginning from 2012

Registration of legal persons and individual businessmen online is planned to become available on the whole territory of Russia in 2012, the press-service of the Federal Tax Service in RB reports.

It should be reminded that certain changes, concerned with the launch of the unified system for electronic inter-departmental interaction since October 1, have occurred in the country and fr om now Russian citizens and organizations aren't obliged but righteous to submit the documents and information, found in disposal of other departments, to the controlling bodies. If a declarant fails to submit such documents or information, the controlling body has to receive it self-dependently, making an inter-departmental inquiry.

The project will be fully launched in April 2012 and this date is determined by the decree, issued by the Russian Federal Tax Service, regulating the order of the document presentation through internet. The decree is registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia in the beginning of October 2011.

Before September 1 the decree was valid only on the territory of Moscow. Since September 1,2011, this service has become available in other three Russian regions – in Saint-Petersburg, Orenburg and Tula regions. In the beginning of the next year the experiment is planned to be spread in all Russian regions, wh the unified registration centers are present, including Bashkortostan.
